Ms. María Isabel FRANCO LIGENFERT is head of the Centre for Social and Labour Insertion, Valdocco Foundation, Graduated in Philosophy and Education Sciences (Section of Psychology) by the University of Seville (Spain), Department of Philosophy and Education Sciences in 1984. Master in Social and Labour Insertion with disadvantage population by the University of Huelva in 2000, Diploma in Psychotherapy, Association of Psychotherapy and Personal Growth in 2000. She has a vast experience in planning, management and assessing social insertion and social integration projects, teaching, and international cooperation. She is now the leader of the Integral Plan of the District V of Huelva city, one very disadvantaged zone of this town. |
