December : 3 internationals seminars of territorial Intelligence
In the frame of territoriesnet, the federative site of the networks ENTI and territorios posibles, 3 internationals seminars of territorial intelligence held on december:
- the 15th and 16th in La Plata University, Argentina,
- the 18th and 19th in Minas, Uruguay,
- the 21th and 22th in Obera, Argentina, close to Paraguay and to brazil.
These seminars were organized by the laboratory Territorios, Actores and Gobernanza (la Plata university), created in May by an agreement between this university and ENTI, whose object was the organization of territoriesnet.
They allowed to present the experience of ENTI and about twenty Latin American projects in the presence of members of parliament of the Mercosur, the members of the commission of sustainable development.
