Local Dimensions of a Wider European Neighbourhood

This conference focuses on the actual and potential roles of civil society in developing new forms of political, economic, and socio-cultural cooperation within the emerging “New European Neighbourhood”. A further thematic focus of the conference is that of specific experiences of civil society cooperation in areas such as economic development, gender, cultural and educational issues, minority rights, public health issues and the environment.
