La caENTI es una acción de investigación europea que contempla integrar las investigaciones sobre las herramientas de inteligencia territorial de quince participantes que pertenecen a ocho paises. Empezo el primer de marzo de 2006 para una duracion de tres años. La caENTI es financiada por el sexto programa Marco de Investigación y Desarrollo Tecnológico de la Union Europea, en el programa especifico “Integrar y Reinforzar el Espacio Europeo de la Investigacion “ y en la septima Prioridad tematica "Ciudadanos y gobernanza en una sociedad basada en el conocimiento". La organizacion de una conferencia internacional anual de Inteligencia Territorial y el portal de la inteligencia territorial son las dos actividades de diseminacion de los resultados de esas investigaciones. Hace tres acciones de investigacion que contribuyen a la integracion de las investigaciones sobre las herramientas de la inteligencia territorial para darles una dimension europea. |

The caENTI (Coordination Action of the European Network of Territorial Intelligence) has progressively defined territorial intelligence as the science having for object the sustainable development of territories and having for subject territorial community.
The caENTI is a consortium of eigth universities and seven territorial actors. As a general objective, it aims to integrate present research projects on territorial intelligence tools, so as to give them a European dimension.
To do so, it works out three activities of comparative research coordination:
It includes two dissemination activities: the Internet portal http://www.territorial-intelligence.eu and annual international conference.
This communication presents the results and scientific prospects of the caENTI (coordination action of the European Network of Territorial Intelligence) which general objective aimed at integrating present research projects on territorial intelligence tools, so as to give them a European dimension.
Territorial intelligence is the science working on the theme « Sustainable development of territories » and having for subject the governance of territorial communities in our Knowledge Society. Territorial intelligence develops multidisciplinary knowledge that helps on the one hand understanding territorial dynamics and systems, and aspires on the other hand to be an instrument for territories sustainable development actors.
