Since 1996 and within the EU Employment and Human Resources Development Initiatives framework (former HORIZON & INTEGRA, now known as EQUAL) ACCEM has been trying to develop Territorial Intelligence Tools, for the diagnosis and evaluation of the social and economical conditions in its action areas, through:
- The development of a follow-up and evaluation tool for the Social and Labour Integration Itinerary of the recipients attended by ACCEM (Tool known as GORION)
- Diagnosis and evaluation tools in the social and economical contexts, in relation with the Integration Itinerary of immigrants and other disfavoured groups (Tool known as PRAGMA)
- Experimentation and development of a market tool. It is, an engine to visualize social capital competence in the area, according to the supply and demand for the economical and training activity of the action context. (Tool known as Gingo -"Arboles del Conocimiento" –"Gingo-knowledge trees").
