The CCDT's research program has a European opening founded on the accumulated experience within the framework of the European project Eugenia -interregional Observatory of Diagnosis and Territorial Action, and on the integration of the suggested model within the framework of the REIT.
It is still within the framework of the Eugenia project - Interregional observatory of Diagnosis and Territorial Action (in topics 3: "Development of new dies" and 4: "Protection by the valorisation of the inheritance"), realising experiments and obtaining results through other research by the University of Franche-Comté (France), the MSH Ledoux (Centre of Methodology and Information Technologies applied to the Society and Social sciences ThéMA-MTI) and the University of HUELVA (Spain), the Local Observatory of Employment (OLE). It constitutes a good example and a splendid starting base. Colleagues of the University of Pécs (Hungary), Research Team on Territorial Development & Information and Communication Technologies, also took part in the Rumanian experiments.
