The GDRI INTI (International Research Group International Network of Territorial Intelligence) received the encouragement of the scientific council of the MSHE: "Internationally, the establishment of a GDRI in territorial Intelligence is a remarkable success."

In its 2011 annual report of the Scientific Council gives a positive assessment of the MSHE for 2010 and encourages it to continue its effort in terms of interdisciplinary, inter-institutionalism and international cooperation.
The GDRI INTI has a special mention.
"The Scientific Council first noted that the scientific data available to it to confirm the positive assessment that he had worn in 2010 for 2009 on science policy and the daily management of the MSHE, both quantitatively, projects and the funds they mobilize, and qualitatively, given the dynamism and competence of the management team.
More particularly, this confirmation affects the maintenance of the identity of the MSHE through the momentum behind the interdisciplinary ... (which) remains more than ever the dominant dimension that MSHE seeks to promote and install in different research centers and actions that develop there.
The Scientific Council confirms its encouragement to MSHE in its determination to pursue an inter-instutitional policy, whether in the region, cooperation with UB or MSH Dijon, other MSH of France or internationally. It notes the continued exchanges on joint projects with the MSH of Dijon, to stimulate cooperation between the two MSH on plans as specific as, for example, management of technology platforms.
Internationally, the establishment of a GDRI in Territorial intelligence is a remarkable success."
